About the Show
Inclarity Podcast is a short-form psychology show that examines human behavior with precision and honesty. Hosted by Professor RJ Starr—educator, author, and creator of the internationally syndicated podcast The Psychology of Us—each episode takes one small moment from modern life and breaks it open to reveal what’s really going on underneath.
This isn’t a self-help show. You won’t hear interviews, banter, or five-point lists. What you’ll get instead is a sharp, 10–15 minute reflection on something you’ve probably experienced—but haven’t quite had the language for.
Why we perform certainty when we’re unsure.
Why silence feels safer than honesty.
Why we repeat behaviors that don’t serve us, just because they feel familiar.
Inclarity is about the space before clarity—where tension lives, where discomfort teaches, and where meaning often hides in plain sight. It’s a podcast for thinkers, questioners, and anyone interested in looking at the emotional logic behind the things we do.
New episodes are released every week.

This is not therapy. It’s not performance.
It’s just the truth—looked at closely.
